Our menu celebrates Parrillada cuisine; meats, vegetables, and cheeses cooked on the Parrilla. These Uruguayan/Argentinian barbecues cook food gently over Holm Oak embers without exposing it to naked flames. Here, we have modified this age-old cooking technique by preparing our meats ‘sous vide’ before infusing more flavour on the Parrilla where the wood embers give the distinctive barbecue flavour.

Quality Locally Sourced Produce

Our menu may be inspired by Uruguay/Argentina but much of our produce is sourced locally. All of our meats are courtesy of Gibbins of Exeter, finest grass fed Westcountry beef. the wood we use to fire our Parrilla comes from just down the road, at Valley Sawmills. We are committed to supporting our community and fellow local businesses. As a result, no matter how exotic the menu, you can always have confidence in the origin and high quality of the food that we prepare.
